What is the minimum hire period?

For domestic equipment, our minimum hire period is 12 weeks. We also offer 24- and 52-week hire options, giving you flexibility based on your fitness goals.
Hires for a commercial facility or business have a minimum contract term of 52-weeks.

Can I hire commercial equipment for home?

Yes, domestic customers can hire commercial equipment for their home.
Commercial equipment is subject to availability and some commercial equipment has a minimum contract length of 52 weeks.

What happens if the equipment breaks down?

In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with your hired equipment, reach out to us and we will get it fixed or swapped as soon as possible.
Any down time will be added to the end of your contract.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

No, we use a professional technician team to deliver and collect equipment, this way our customers cannot be held liable for any damage in transit.

Can you deliver outside of Adelaide?

In some cases, we may be able to deliver to regional SA, this does incur an extra charge. Please contact us and we will determine if it will be possible and provide a quote.

Can I purchase the equipment after my hire period?

No, we currently do not offer hire-to-buy. We may be able to facilitate purchase of a similar brand new item at a discounted price.

Can I view the equipment before hiring?

On some occasions, we can arrange this. Please contact us if you wish to view the equipment before making your decision.
