All The Boring (But Important) Stuff

  • 12-week hires: Full hire cost + delivery fee must be paid upfront.
  • 24 & 52-week hires: Delivery fee must be paid upfront, and a weekly auto payment is set up every Monday for the hire fee.
  • Delivery fee includes both delivery & collection (extra charges apply for stairs, dismantling, or difficult access).
  • Your contract will begin on the Monday AFTER you receive your equipment. This means customers usually get a few extra free days to get accustomed to their equipment
  • Contract start dates on quotes are an estimate only. If your equipment is delivered after the listed start date, we will adjust your contract to begin on the Monday following delivery.
  • All hires run for the full term you agree to at the start. If you end the hire early, the total remaining balance for the full term still needs to be paid.
  • Commercial hires have a 52-week minimum term. Ending it early means paying out the full remaining balance.
  • Hire agreements are for one specific item only and can’t be swapped or transferred during the term.

Commercial & Premium Commercial Treadmills:

The treadmills pictured may differ from the models available for hire. Some of our commercial treadmills are refurbished gym models, meaning the treadmill you receive may not match the one shown in the photo.

Key Differences:

  • Commercial Treadmill: Standard console with no touchscreen.
  • Premium Commercial Treadmill: Equipped with a touchscreen console for enhanced functionality.
