Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum hire period?
For domestic use, our minimum hire period is 12 weeks. We also offer 24 and 52-week hire options, giving you flexibility based on your Pilates goals
What happens if the equipment breaks down?
In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with your hired reformer, reach out to us and we will get it fixed or swapped as soon as possible.
Any down time will be added to the end of your contract.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
No, we use a professional technician team to deliver and collect equipment, this way our customers cannot be held liable for any damage in transit.
Do you deliver outside of Adelaide?
In some cases, we may be able to deliver to regional SA, this does incur an extra charge. Please contact us and we will determine if it will be possible and provide a quote.
Do you provide setup instructions or assistance?
Our technicians will assemble and set up the
reformer for you on delivery. We don’t provide formal Pilates classes, but can
point you towards trusted resources.
